Refunds & Returns Policy
Missing or Damaged Items: Upon receipt of package you must inspect all items for damage. Also during inspection, make sure you received all the items you ordered and that everything is correct and intact. For all incorrectly sent or damaged items you must contact us within 7 days from receipt. Email us at sales@13Essentials.com with your claim information which should include your order reference, details of missing or damaged items and picture of damaged item.
Returns accepted on unused (with seal intact) items within 30 days of receipt by you. You must call 800 960 9344 or email email@example.com to receive shipping label before returning a product. If the return procedure is not followed, your return will be refused as it arrives and credit will not be issued.
Please Allow 2 weeks for credits to be processed.
